Six Armenian shooters to participate at World Youth Championship
Armenian junior shooters are preparing for the world championship. Head coach of the Armenian national team Seyran Nikoghosyan told the National Olympic Committee of Armenia that Narek Adamyan, Vrezh Torosyan, and Hayk Babayan (all three competing in the air rifle) as well as Benik Khlghatyan and Zavem Igityan are set to participate in the major event.
In his words, all the athletes performed good results at the Armenian championship, with Alla Poghosyan settinga record, while Benik Khlghatyan was declared champion.
Ahead of the world championship the young shooters will participate in the Polish Open tournament and will have a training camp there along with the Latvian, Poland and Ukraine teams.
