Azerbaijani forces fire mortar, grenade launcher, SPIKE guided missile at Artsakh positions
Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire across the Line of Contact between Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh/NKR) and Azerbaijan over 55 times, firing more than 1200 shots from weapons of different calibers towards the Armenian positions on May 15 to overnight May 16.
As the Press Service of the NKR Defense Ministry told Panorama.am, in addition to the firearms, the adversary also applied 60mm mortars (3 shells) and rocket-propelled anti-tank grenade launcher (9 shells) at various directions of the Contact Line.
In the eastern direction, the Azerbaijani forces fired a SPIKE anti-tank guided missile, which caused partial damage to a military hardware.
Karabakh frontline units took countermeasures to suppress the Azerbaijani activeness and continued confidently fulfilling their military duties.
