Spokesman of the Defense Ministry of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Senor Hasratyan has reacted to the reports and threats released by the Azerbaijani media. Mr. Hasratyan noted the following in a post on Facebook:

“Today the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan released another piece of disinformation, accusing the Artsakh Defense Army of violating the ceasefire regime with 82 and 120mm mortars. Moreover, it did not consider ‘irrelevant’ to ‘warn’ out of its habit that if continued, the Azerbaijani side will shell the logistics facilities of the Armenian side with artillery guns.

In response to the idle chatter of Baku's agitprop, I need to note that no cases of ceasefire breach with mortars have been registered on May 30 to overnight May 31, as well as during today.

In regard to the circulated disinformation, it once again comes to prove that the propagandists of that country are either unaware of the developments on the contact line or attempt to impose the fruitless ‘treasures’ of its own imagination on its audience.”
