
President sends condolences to UK Prime Minister Theresa May
Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan sent a message of condolences to Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Theresa May in connection with the terrorist attack in London, which claimed numerous innocent lives and many injured, press department at the President’s Office reported.
“At this time of great distress, I express my deep sympathy to you, to the friendly people of the United Kingdom and the victims’ families. I wish you fortitude, endurance, and speedy recovery - to the injured.
We strongly condemn such despicable, inhuman acts and stand firmly determined to continue opposing a united front to violence and terrorism,” the President’s condolence message reads.
