“Dovlatov”, film about renowned Russian writer of Armenian origin, to hit box office at the end of 2017
“Dovlatov”, a film about renowned Russian writer of Armenian origin Sergei Dovlatov by Russian filmmaker Aleksey German Jr., will enter the box office at the end of 2017, as announced by Lenfilm studio Director Eduard Pichugin, TASS reports.
The film is shot in the biographical melodrama genre. The film actions unfold in 1971, telling about the four days of life of famous writer Sergei Dovlatov. The film raises the eternal issue of the Russian and European culture – the issue of moral choice.
34-year only Serbian actor Milan Marich plays Dovlatov in the film. Elena Glazunov, Danila Kozlovsky, Anton Shagin, Svetlana Khodchenkova and the others are also starring in the film.
