Armenian divers finish 6th at European Diving Championships
The Armenian diving team is taking part in 2017 European Diving Championships underway in Kiev, Ukraine. As the Armenian National Olympic Committee (ANOC) told Panorama.am, today Armenian diver brothers Azat and Vladimir Harutyunyans took the 6th position in Men's Syncro Diving event, scoring 368 points.
“Taking into account the fact that Azat has not recovered fully, I am satisfied with the results. I only had a bit more expectations. I think our boys will improve their positions in the future,” Hrachya Chandiryan, head coach of Armenia’s diving team, told the ANOC’s press service.
On June 18, the final day of the European Diving Championships, Armenian divers Lev Sargsyan and Vladimir Harutyunyan will compete in 10-meter platform diving.
