Armenia prevents import of Azerbaijani table salt, tea
The import of a series of products of Azerbaijani origin into Armenia was prevented recently at the country’s border with Georgia.
As the State Revenue Committee of Armenia told Panorama.am, the customs officers of Bavra Customs Checkpoint Division detected more than half a ton of Azerbaijani table salt and tea in trucks that arrived in Armenia from Georgia.
According to the passengers, they were not aware of the origin of the goods and after learning about it, they refused to transport the cargo into Armenia.
