VivaCell-MTS offers its subscribers who are planning a trip to Russia an affordable tariff of just AMD 25 for roaming services in MTS Russia network. As the company reported in a released statement, the tariff of 25 AMD/minute is set for incoming calls while in MTS Russia network, as well as for outgoing calls to VivaCell-MTS and MTS Russia networks. 1 MB of Internet is also AMD 25 in MTS Russia. Roaming services activation is free of charge.

How to activate the roaming
Prepaid 
One simply needs to send *121*1# for voice roaming activation and *121*2# - for SMS roaming activation. When in Russia, you only need connect to MTS Russia network and feel in roaming like at home. More
Postpaid
You need to visit the nearby service center with the passport or ID. You also need to pay a guarantee deposit that will be paid back upon deactivation of roaming. More
