Conductors Sergey Smbatyan and Fabian Panisello to head a symphony concert in Yerevan
Aram Khachaturian concert hall will host a unique symphony concert on June 28 . The State Youth Orchestra (SYOA) will present compositions by Aaron Copland, Claude Debussy, Takashi Yoshimatsu, Fabian Panisello. Jaroslaw Nadrzycki (violin), Maria Nemtsova (piano), Vitaly Vatulya (alto saxophone), Boris Allakhverdyan (clarinet) and Khachik Andreasyan (piano) will perform as soloists.
As the press statement issues by the orchestra reads, the concert will be headed by conductor Sergey Smbatyan, as well as composer, conductor Fabian Panisello. Headed Panisello the orchestra will perform pieces by the composer- Violin Concerto and Movements for Piano and Orchestra. They will be presented in Armenia for the first time. Fabian Panisello (Argentine) is one of the most popular and famous composers. Berlin Sympony, BBC Symphony, Spanish National Orchestra and other famous collectives and artists presented his compositions.
As a conductor, he performs both the important repertoire of the XX century and numerous first performances.
The concert was organized with the cooperation of Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Armenia and the support of Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the release said.
