One injured after the car runs into a freight train in Armenia
One person was injured as the car ran into a freight train on the 190 km of Vardenis-Zod track line, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency (MES) reported, adding the accident occurred on Sunday near Shatvan village. According to the source, a group of rescue service and a fire brigade left for the scene upon receiving the alert.
It turned out that “Volkswagen Golf” collided a freight train, as a result of which the driver of the passenger car was hospitalized to the medical center of Vardenis town. According to doctors, his condition is assessed as fair.
