Angolan citizen detained while attempting to illegally cross the Armenian-Turkish border for second time
A citizen of Angola was detained in Araksavan village of Armenia by servicemen of Border Guard Department of Russian Security Service deployed in Armenian.
Rusarminfo agency reports, the person attempted to illegally cross the Armenian-Turkish border for the second time, first time detained in June 2016.
According to the source, the border trespasser identified as Bob Joah Dongala, born in 1982, was handed over to the French Embassy in Armenia. Preliminary data suggest, the man holds a nationality of Angola, a status of refugee in France as well as a document certifying his release from a detention facility in the territory of Armenia.
