Buildings for military officers in Artsakh to feature shelters
New apartment buildings are under construction near the recently commissioned neighborhood in Martuni, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic.
As Panorama.am was informed from the Artsakh Ministry of Urban Development, the new district will feature four four-story blocks of flats. The soil compaction and concrete works are already completed. The wall building works are underway in two buildings, with foundation building works carried out in the other two blocks.
This is a non-commercial project aimed at providing housing to the families of military officers in Karabakh. According to the project, all the buildings will feature shelters.
The source reminds that earlier three other apartment buildings for military families were exploited in Martuni.
