Egyptian minister, Armenian ambassador visit wounded citizens in Hurghada
Egyptian Minister of Health and the Armenian Ambassador to Egypt visited injured Armenian citizens wounded in a knife attack at an Egyptian Red Sea resort in Hurghada, Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan wrote on Twitter.
According to another tweet, a consilium of the doctors treating the Armenian citizens was convened by the Egyptian minister.
To remind, a 28-year-old Egyptian man stabbed two German tourists to death and wounded four others from Armenia, Russia and Czech Republic at a seafront hotel in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada on Friday.
Earlier Tigran Balayan reported that the Armenian citizens have not sustained life-threatening injuries due to the attack. The assailant has been neutralized due to the help of the injured Armenian woman.
