Pharmaceutical manufacturing resumes in Aleppo
One of critical industry sector of the worn-torn Syria has resumed its operation in Aleppo, Russian Vesti channel reported in a special reportage, covering the launch of the pharmaceutical factory work, manufacturing various vitamins and ointments.
According to the source, the factory has been the first major industrial complex that resumed its operation after the liberation of the city in 2016, following years of fighting and occupation by armed militants.
One of the employees of the factory has told the channel the launch of manufacturing has been long-awaited for the population of whole Syria, since Aleppo was always served as the main center of pharmaceutical industry.
