Israeli Minister of Regional Cooperation commences official visit to Armenia
The Minister of Regional Cooperation of the State of Israel Tzachi Hanegbi is set to pay a three-day official visit to Armenia on July 25-27 at the invitation of Armenia’s FM Edward Nalbadian.
As the foreign ministry reported in a press statement, the Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly Ara Babloyan and Armenian PM Karen Karapetyan will receive the minister.
The talks between Armenian FM Nalbandian and Israeli Minister of Regional Cooperation Tzachi Hanegbi are scheduled on July 25, the ministry said, adding the Israeli official will also hold meetings with Armenian Minister of Transport, Communication and IT as well as the Minister of Agriculture.
In the scope of the visit Tzachi Hanegbi will attend the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex in Yerevan to honor the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims, the release said.
