Baroness Caroline Cox, member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has visited Artsakh for the 86th time. During the meeting with the Speaker of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Baroness Cox noted each time she rediscovers Artsakh with changes and new achievements.
As the National Assembly reported in a press statement, members of the “Humanitarian Aid Foundation” accompanied Caroline Cox during the trip.

At the request of the guests, Ashot Ghulyan presented the specifics of the new Constitution of the Artsakh Republic, namely the changes in the spheres of state administration and protection of human rights and freedoms set forth by respective provisions.
The interlocutors exchanged thoughts on inter-parliamentary cooperation, the current phase of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict as well as regional developments, the release said.
