Russian water-bombing aircraft operates first flight over Armenia’s “Khosrov” Forest State Reserve
On 15 August, early in the morning, Armenia’s Minister of Emergency Situations, Davit Tonoyan, together with the Russian rescuers, conducted a reconnaissance flight on a helicopter on determine the places for waterbombing the fire in Armenia’s “Khosrov” Forest State Reserve.
The Russian IL-76 water-bombing aircraft has conducted its first flight over the affected area, the press service of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
Two flights and two waterdrops are planned initially.
