Armenia’s business environment introduced to Chinese investors
Hrant Abajyan, commercial attaché of Armenia to China, has introduced Armenia’s business environment to the Chinese businessmen and investors in the Central Office of the International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector in Beijing, China, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of Armenia told Panorama.am.
Particularly, the investment programs of North-South Road Corridor and Armenia-Iran railway construction, as well as energy sphere-related projects were introduced to the participants.
Projects concerning fish farming development and greenhouse farms constructions, a copper smelting plant construction, as well as a number of other programs of mining and manufacturing industry were also presented to the investors.
More than 40 representatives of state and private structures attended the meeting.
Hrant Abajyan said that meetings and events of various formats are held regularly with Chinese investors and entrepreneurs to make them more aware of the cooperation opportunities and the investment potential in various spheres of Armenia’s economy.
