Armenia’s defense minister meets with Shaanxi military officials in China
On the sidelines of the official visit to China, Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan and the delegation led by him on Wednesday were hosted in the country’s Shaanxi Province.
The Armenian defense minister held a meeting with the top military officials of the Shaanxi Provincial Military District of the People's Liberation Army (the armed forces of the People's Republic of China), the press service of the Defense Ministry told Panorama.am.
At the meeting, Mr. Sargsyan thanked the Chinese officials for the warm welcome, presented the results of the Armenian-Chinese talks and expressed hope the partnership between the two friendly states will develop dynamically.
The Chinese side, in its turn, expressed confidence that Vigen Sargsyan's visit to China will boost defense cooperation between the two countries.
