Armenia’s digitization agenda aimed at ensuring favorable business environment – Prime Minister
Armenia’s digital agenda development process launched, PM Karen Karapetyan stated during the Cabinet meeting on Friday in Yerevan. In Karapetyan’s words, the development of the digitization agenda is aimed at efficiency raising of the state administration, transparency and improvement of the business environment. The ultimate goal of the initiative is the establishment of a united digital environment in all spheres of the state administration.
“We have involved leading international and local specialists in the initiative. The realization of the modern digitization agenda requires joint, specialized and coordinated approaches,” Karapetyan noted.
The PM instructed the heads of state executive bodies to closely cooperate the government-affiliated Center for Strategic Initiatives and “Digital Armenia” Foundation while working out the draft paper of the agenda until November 30 and provide all necessary data and assistance.
