Russia’s position on Karabakh conflict settlement remains unchanged: spokesperson
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova touched upon the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at a weekly briefing on Thursday.
She commented on the statement by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's Special Representative on the South Caucasus, according to which the composition of the OSCE Minsk Group can be reviewed, as well as the recent U.S. proposal on dissolving the positions of the Special Representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group engaged in Karabakh conflict settlement. “I have no information regarding the changes. I will check it out and present a more detailed information,” the spokesperson said.
Speaking about Russia’s stance on the Karabakh conflict settlement, she said. “The basics of Russia’s position on NK conflict settlement have not changed.”
