Catholicos of All Armenians offers condolences to U.S. President over deadly Las Vegas shooting
His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, on Monday sent a letter of condolences to U.S. President Donald Trump, extending condolences on the tragic events in Las Vegas.
His Holiness expressed his sympathy to the U.S. President, the American people and the families of the victims, praying for the repose of their souls, the press service of the Armenian Church reported.
“May God grant eternal rest to the souls of the departed, comfort and solace to all those in mourning, as well as endow the injured victims with a quick recovery, good health, and strength to overcome this traumatic event," read a part of the letter.
His Holiness expressed his wish that God safeguard the United States and all the American people.
