The mutual visits of the presidents of Armenia and the Czech Republic yielded numerous positive results, including the signing of the Joint Declaration on the Friendly Relations and enhancing the intensive economic relations, a top Czech official said today in Yerevan.
President of the Czech Senate, Milan Štěch said he highly appreciates the cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries, addressing the Armenian MPs in the National Assembly.
“Our daily intensive cooperation between the two countries is ensured by the two ambassadors. We seek to enhance the trade and economic relations between our countries. A delegation of businessmen has arrived in Armenia with me, aiming to establish ties with Armenia,” the Czech official said.
Reflecting on the Armenia-EU partnership, Milan Štěch expressed conviction that Armenia will be able to get closer to the EU thanks to the Eastern Partnership format.
