No final agreement on Nalbandian-Mammadyarov meeting – spox
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) will notify in advance once a final agreement is reached over the meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, its venue and date, MFA spokesman Tigran Balayan told Panorama.am on Monday.
At today’s news conference in Baku, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov announced the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs plan to conduct talks with the Armenian and Azeri FMs in mid-November.
According to Mammadyarov, the upcoming meeting is aimed at pushing forward the Karabakh talks, as instructed by the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents.
