PM Karapetyan offers condolences to Iranian First Vice President on devastating quake
Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan sent a message of condolences to First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Es’haq Jahangiri on the devastating earthquake that killed hundreds of people near the village of Azgale in Iran’s Kermanshah Province.
The message reads:
“Honorable Mr Jahangiri,
I was deeply grieved to learn of casualties and destruction caused by the devastating earthquake in the state of Kermanshah in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I convey deepest condolences to you and the friendly people of Iran, expressing our readiness to engage in rescue efforts.”
