Armenian citizens suffered in a road accident in Russia
Three people, including one citizen of Armenia were killed in a road accident that occurred on Krasnodar-Armavir highway, Russia.
As the ministry of emergency situations (MES) reports, the alert was received at 08:59 on Monday, saying the accident took place on the 428km of the Kovkas federal highway, involving VAZ 2107 colliding with a LADA Priori.
The drivers of the two vehicles – identified as Artur Melikyan (born 1967) and Vyacheslav Shamparov (born 1979) as well as the passenger of LADA Priori Maya Shamparova (born in 1958) were killed in the accident.
The passenger of VAZ 2107 Sofik Melikyan was hospitalized to the medical center of Baksan town. According to the release, her condition is assessed as severe but stable.
