Prime Minister: Armenian side prepared to create the most favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses
“Armenia would appreciate the involvement of Belarusian capital in Meghri’s free economic zone,” PM Karen Karapetyan stated today at a meeting with the delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Co-Chair of Armenia-Belarus Inter-Parliamentary Committee Boleslav Pirshtuk
According to the governmental press service report, Karapetyan made a point of cooperating with Belarusian partners in implementing agricultural machinery, elevator production, agricultural processing, transportation and other projects in our country. The head of the Armenian government underscored that the Armenian side is prepared to create the most favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses.
To note, the Belarusian delegation is visiting Yerevan to attend the 10th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee.
According to the source, Boleslav Pirshtuk described the proceedings of the 10th sitting of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee as quite effective. He advised that the sides had agreed to set up working groups that would work in different spheres in a bid to promote continued development of the Armenian-Belarusian relations.
