Three Armenian soldiers killed in landmine explosion in Artsakh
A landmine explosion has killed three soldiers of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army and wounded another on Tuesday.
The blast that came around 6:35pm in the north-eastern military unit claimed the lives of Gegham K Zakaryan (22), Sargis G Abrahamyan (19) and Sargis M Melikyan, (20), the Artsakh defense ministry said.
Another serviceman identified as Narek H Hoveyan (19) has reportedly sustained injuries, currently being in a grave condition.
A probe has been launched into the incident.
The ministry shares the heavy grief of the loss, extending condolences to the family and co-servicemen of the deceased soldiers.
