Armenia opens Cooperation Office in China
The opening ceremony of Armenia’s Cooperation Office took place today in China’s Qingdao, attended by the Ambassador of Armenia to China Sergey Manasaryan and commercial attaché of Armenia to China Hrant Abajyan.
The Office, financed by the “Belt & Road Collaborative Innovation Center” will Armenian entrepreneurs an opportunity to establish representations of their enterprises in China. One of the main tasks of the new structure will be to present and realize the Armenian goods and products in the Chinese market, boosting tourism as well as establishing Armenian-Chinese business links.
According to the source, the functions of the new office will be implemented by Armenian Trade Industrial Palace and the Armenian Manufactures and Businessmen Union.
The premises of the office cover a territory of 500 sq. meters and will be expanded in case of necessity.
The opening ceremony was marked by signing of the respective agreement parties of which are the Armenian Trade Industrial Palace and the Armenian Manufactures and Businessmen Union, the Armenia Embassy, Belt & Road Collaborative Innovation Center.
