Deputy FM: No progress will be achieved in Karabakh talks until Baku changes its stance
It has been repeatedly stated that confidence-building measures are needed to achieve a progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, an Armenia deputy foreign minister said following today’s Cabinet session, commenting on the NK conflict settlement process.
According to Shavarsh Kocharyan, the trust-building measures suppose implementation of the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits.
“If one of the sides has adopted "all or nothing" stance, the talks will naturally give no results. Or if the question is “all or a war”, no progress will naturally be achieved. And there will be no progress in the negotiations until Baku changes its stance,” the Armenian official highlighted.
