Snow reported on number of roads in the territory of Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies told Panorama.am that as of 09.30 November 29 snow is reported on the roads of Maralik, Talin, Artik, Gyumri, Ashotsk, Aparan, Aragats, and Abovyan regions.
According to the source, clear ice is observed on certain sections of Vardenyats pass, where the road crews maintain all-day control over, carrying out cleaning works with chemical salt and sand.
The drivers are strictly recommended to use exclusively winter tires when driving in the mentioned regions.
According to the source, all interstate and republican roads in the territory of Armenia are open.
