Tigran Petrosian wins bronze at Tsaghkadzor Open int’l chess tourney
Tsaghkadzor Open international chess tournament has come to its end.
Collecting a total of 7 points out of 9, Vitaly Bernandsky of Ukraine became the winner of the main Group A (69 participants) of the tournament, the National Olympic Committee reported.
Five other chess players scored 6,5 points. Marin Bosiočić of Croatia became the silver medallist and Armenia’s Tigran Petrosian won the bronze in the group with additional accessories.
In Group B, the top three places were claimed by Armenian chess players Sargis Vasilyan, Davit Davtyan and Gor Seyranyan with 7,5 points apiece.
