Aeroflot cancels Moscow-Yerevan flight amid bad weather conditions
Major Russian airline, Aeroflot, canceled a total of 60 flights, including the Moscow-Yerevan flight, and postponed 35 others at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport on Monday morning due to bad weather conditions, Vesti.ru Russian media outlet reported.
Among the cancelled flights are the ones en route from Moscow to Arkhangelsk, Simferopol, Berlin, Warsaw, Venice, Oslo, Tel Aviv, Helsinki, Rome, etc.
The heavy snowfall will reportedly hold its grip on Moscow all day long, resulting in icy roads. The Hydrometeorological Centre of Russia has issued a yellow weather warning due to the poor weather conditions.
