Attempts to act against BSEC charter and principles harmful – FM Nalbandian
Attempts of acting against the charter and principles in the scope of the Parliamentary Assembly the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) harm the image of the organization, Armenia’s FM Eduard Nalbandian stated on Monday at a meeting with Michael B. Christides, the Secretary General of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
As the press department at the foreign ministry reported, Minister Nalbandian noted Armenian attaches much importance to regional economic integration processes and, guided by the principle, partakes in multisector cooperation within BSEC.
According to the release, Secretary General Michael Christides expressed appreciation over Armenia’s active involvement in the organization. The interlocutors also reflected on the upcoming chairmanship of Armenia at the organization and its priorities. Nalbandian, Christides discussed the priority directions of collaboration within BSEC as well as issues related to the reforms of the organization.
