All roads open for traffic in Armenia
There are no closed or hardly passable roadways in the territory of Armenia as of 9:00am December 5, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
No precipitation is expected in the country on 5 December, at night of December 6, in the daytime of 8 and on 9, while precipitation is predicted in the second half of 6 December, on 7 and at night of 8 in southern regions. On December 6, snow is expected in the mountains, with sleet predicted in the foothills and valleys. On December 7, snowfalls will grip the entire country.
Fog has reportedly hit Hrazdan town of Kotayk province.
The drivers are strictly recommended to use exclusively winter tires when driving in the regions.
Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
