Artsakh Defense Army never targets civilian settlements: statement
The Defense Ministry of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic denied another disinformation disseminated by Azerbaijan in a statement released on Saturday.
“The monotonous daily reports on ceasefire violations by the Armenian military released by Baku’s propaganda machine, as well as the December 8 report suggesting the Artsakh Army allegedly opened fire at Orta Karvend settlement in the Aghdam region, have nothing to do with the reality.
The Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic announces that the Defense Army frontline units strictly adhere to the ceasefire regime and never target civilian settlements, and in case of the adversary’s further provocations on the frontline the entire responsibility will fall on the Azerbaijani side,” reads the statement.
