Artsakh open to all those who value freedom – parliament speaker
“We highly appreciate the interest of the representatives of parliamentarians from different states, political and public circles toward the Artsakh Republic, likewise we value their humanitarian and moral assistance, their comprehension of the Artsakh people’s right to live in freely and independently,” the Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan stated today at a reception attended by the representatives of the Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists in Europe visiting the country from all over the world.
Ghulyan noted that Artsakh remain open to all those who value the freedom.
The speaker next reflected on the Artsakh people liberation war. “For the people of Artsakh the fight for freedom has been about the right to life – the most fundamental right in the list of human rights. Any individual, political party or a state familiar with Artsakh cannot but respect that right of the Artsakh people,” Ghulyan added.
The note, the event aimed familiarizing the foreign delegates with Artsakh and its people.
