Four Palestinians killed in protests against Jerusalem move
Four Palestinians were killed and 888 people were wounded on Friday in clashes with Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Jerusalem, RIA Novosti reported citing the Palestinian Red Crescent.
Tens of thousands of Palestinians have been clashing with Israeli troops across the West Bank and along the Gaza border since President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital last week and announced plans to relocate the US Embassy there.
“661 people were wounded in the West Bank and Jerusalem, while 227 others were wounded in the Gaza Strip, with ten people sustaining grave injuries,” a Red Crescent spokesperson detailed.
