Armenian gymnasts back with medals claimed at the 2017 Mikhail Voronin Cup
The 2017 Mikhail Voronin Cup took place on December 19-20 in Moscow, Russia with two Armenian athletes claiming medals at separate apparatus on the final day of the tournament.
As the National Olympic Committee reported, Artur Davtyan was first at vault, conquering the gold medal. Davtyan shared the second spot at pommel horse Russian athlete Nikita Nagorni and came the second at still rings, sharing the medal with another Russian athlete Nikita Simonov.
Davtyan also claimed bronze medal at parallel bars. Meanwhile, Vigen Khachatryan grabbed bronze in the floor exercise.
