Abnormally warm weather to maintain in Armenia will Jan. 10, expert says
The abnormally warm weather will maintain in Armenia until January 10, 2018, the expert said on Friday.
“No clod air mass is currently expected to penetrate into the territory of Armenia until January 10. Thus, the abnormal temperatures will maintain in the country till that time,” Gagik Surenyan, the head of the State Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Service at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, told a news conference in Yerevan.
According to him, the experts of the service forecast a warm January with an average temperature of 3-4 degrees above normal. The month will also see above-average precipitations.
“But the warm days will predominate throughout the month,” he added.
