Not everyone manages to follow the usual daily diet during the New Year celebrations, as a result of which many people put on extra weight. Therefore, it is necessary to enter unloading days immediately after New Year feast to cleanse the body.
In order to restore the balance in the body after the holidays nutritionists advise people to give up salty food, as well as soft drinks and "natural" juice.
According to some nutritionists, if you have not gained excessive weight after the New Year, it is not recommended to follow special diets, since unloading will enable you to restore your initial weight in a short period.
Many think that it is advisable to sit on a strict diet after overeating during holidays, however the nutritionists do not advise to get rid of the feeling of satisfaction in this way.
For a few days following holidays it is simply recommended to abstain from consuming meat and fish. It is also advisable to drink plenty of fluids, which should not include soft drinks or natural juice containing sugar. Simple or mineral water are more acceptable.
Kefir, yogurt and apples will help to cleanse the body after consuming excessive food.
Physical activities also play an important role. Regular walks improve metabolism and help to burn fat and lose weight. However, it should be remembered that in order to achieve good results it is necessary to remove the greasy meal, cakes, sweets and soft drinks from the daily diet.
