Lars highway open for all types of vehicles
Armenian Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports that as of 09:00 January 8, there are certain roads difficult to pass in the territory of Armenia.
No precipitation is expected on January 6-9, 12. Black ice is observed on certain sections of Sotk-Karvachar roadway and Vardenyats pass. Fog is observed on Yerevan-Yeraskh highway.
According to the source, low precipitation is predicted on January 10-11 in Lori, Tavush, Syunik and Artsakh. The ministry warns the drivers to use exclusively winter tires when driving in the mentioned regions.
According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the general department of the Republic of Northern Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
