Two players share lead at Armenian Women Chess Championship
Round Three of the Armenian Women Chess Championship took place yesterday at Chess House after Tigran Petrosian. Maria Kursova and Anna Sargsyan won their third games in a row to lead the table with 3 points apiece.
The round was also victorious for Lilit Galoyan, Maria Gevorgyan and Mariam Mkrtchyan, the National Olympic Committee reported.
The Anna Khachatryan-Anna Sargsyan, Lilit Galoyan-Susanna Gaboyan, Sona Asatryan-Siranush Ghukasyan, Maria Gevorgyan-Mariam Mkrtchyan and Maria Kursova-Nare Arakelyan pairs will compete at the fourth round of the tournament.
