Turkey’s Erdogan to meet Pope Francis in Vatican
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit the Vatican on February 5, 2018 upon the invitation of Pope Francis, Ermenihaber reports.
Erdogan’s visit to the Vatican will be the first one for the past 59 years at the presidential level, which has already been described as historic by media. The talks between the two leaders will reportedly focus on the issue of Jerusalem.
