Names of Armenian skiers for PyeongChang 2018 revealed
The regular session of the Armenian Skiing Federation Chairmanship that was held on Thursday in Tsakhkadzor announced the names of Armenian skiers set to participate in the XXIII Olympic Winter Games.
As the National Olympic Committee (ANOC) reported, Armenia will be represented by three athletes with Mikayel Mikayelyan and Katya Galstyan to compete in the skiing tournament and Ashot Karapetyan in alpine skiing
The President of the Skiing Federation Gagik Sargsyan has told the ANOC press service the athletes were chosen based on their individual ratings.
To note, PyeongChang 2018 will be held from February 9 through 25.
