Artsakh families with four or more children to receive financial aid of $4,000 USD
Artsakh families with four or more children will be eligible for financial aid of $4,000 USD by Armenian businessman, Tashir Group founder and benefactor Samvel Karapetyan.
The program, which is carried out for the second year, is financed by the Tashir Charitable Foundation and aims to boost the country's birthrate, Hayastan All-Armenia Fund reports,
According to the source, a special ceremony will be held on February 3 in Stepanakert, during which the beneficiaries will be handed over the funds. The event will be attended by Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, the representative of the Tashir Charitable Foundation Narek Karapetyan, Executive Director at Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan.
According to the source, all upcoming programs by benefactor Samvel Karapetyan in Artsakh will be implemented by Hayastan All-Armenia Fund.
