Armenian parliament speaker’s delegation to pay working visit to Russia
Delegation led by Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly (NA) Ara Babloyan will depart for Moscow, Russia on a two-day working visit on 13 February.
The Armenian delegation includes MPs Hermine Naghdalyan and Artashes Geghamyan, as well as NA Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan, the parliament’s press service reported.
On the sidelines of the Moscow visit, the delegation is scheduled to hold meetings with Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly and Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
In the State Duma, Babloyan will take part in the opening of the exhibitions dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Russia and the 300th anniversary of Russia and New Nakhijevan Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
