Armenian civil aviation refutes media reports on Yerevan-Moscow plane’s emergency landing
No airplane flying from Yerevan was forced to make an emergency landing to refuel, sources from the General Department of Civil Aviation (GDCA) of Armenia told Panorama.am, commenting on the Russian media reports suggesting a Yerevan-Moscow flight made an unscheduled stop on Monday.
According to the same reports, the pilot of Airbus A321 plane en route from Yerevan to Moscow requested an emergency landing due to a fuel shortage. No other details are provided over the place of the landing or the airlines which the plane belonged to.
