Clear ice observed on certain roads in the territory of Armenia
The roadways in the territory of Armenia are mainly passably as of 9:00 am February 15, the country's ministry of emergency situation (MES) reported on Thursday.
Black ice is formed on Sotk-Karvachar, Sisian-Goris and Saravan-Zanger roadways, the ministry said in its statement, adding drivers highly recommended to use winter tires.
According to the information received from the department of emergency situations of the ministry of internal affairs of Georgia and the general department of the Republic of Northern Ossetia of the ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
