First stage of Mekhakavan development project launched in Artsakh
The first stage of the construction works in Mekhakavan settlement (former Jabrayil) in the Hadrout region of the Artsakh Republic has started, Tigran Abrahamyan, Advisor to Artsakh President wrote on Facebook sharing photos from the scene.
As the post by Abrahamyan reads, cleaning and demolitions works of the old buildings are currently underway in the settlement and adjacent territories. The development project envisages a construction of a kindergarten and a ceremonial hall. The territory will be renovated and covered with trees and shrubs.
To remind, on December 29, 2017, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited the Mekhakavan settlement region and partook at the solemn ceremony of handing over keys from the newly built dwelling house to a group of the Defense Army servicemen.
